“We must believe we are worthy of rest. We don’t have to earn it. It is our birthright. It is one of our most ancient and primal needs.

Restorative Yoga Classes
A deeply relaxing yoga practice perfect for winding down the week. Come as you are and let it all go.
A gently flowing series of comfortably supported postures with attention on the breath, the internal organs and the mental/emotional states that arise as we allow ourselves to be held by the props and by the earth in community with eachother.
Limited number of bolsters, blocks and yoga mats available, bring your own if you have them.
Qigong Classes
A slow, steady, standing practice designed to cultivate more ease and flow in your day and a stronger sense of presence in your body as you move through space.
We’ll start with some gentle stretching, move into a simple qigong series and end with a few (very accessible and adaptable!) balancing poses.
Suitable for all levels, if you’re stuck at your desk for most of the day or just trying to keep things loosened up.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage looks and feels like a graceful, gentle dance between the giver and receiver that leaves you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded and rejuvenated. This dynamic bodywork therapy is rooted in Buddhist lovingkindness practice and combines the best of yoga and massage through slow rhythmic movement and nurturing touch.
Working literally from head to toe, I use my thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilisations and assisted yoga stretches. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
My massages, like my classes, are tailored specifically to each individual.
The massage is performed on a soft mat on the floor. Loose, comfortable clothing or yoga wear is recommended for your comfort.
